Introduction
These are my personal experiences with Cyber Bullying and the reason why
I now protect my privacy using various methods listed on this this wiki.
If you are a lawyer viewing this page I would love to hear from you
about what can be done about these individuals
There is a Usenet newsgroup called news.admin.net-abuse.email
Where there are a group of individuals continually harass and threaten me.
Not all of the group is involved in this bullying but there is a select group of
individuals who are.
I have had people spam the Usenet newsgroups with my email addresses for my domain
in order to have them spammed and make any mailbox on my domain unusable.
I have also had people spamming my home address, phone number(s), and listing that
private information on various websites and on the Usenet newsgroups.
And this isn't the first time I have had my home phone number and cell phone number
changed because of this harassment by these individuals. I have had to change it two
times now I get it changed and then they find out my new phone number and continue to
call me and harass me.
These individuals have even gone as far as forging government documents saying that there
is a temporary restraining order against me. I do not even know this Barbara Schwartz is

These criminals have now taken to spamming my mailboxes via anonymous remailers. You can go here to see

This is one of the individuals who are spamming my email addresses to the
Usenet newsgroups in order to get my mailboxes spammed to the point that my
mailboxes would become unusable.
I would avoid using any sites owned or run by this cyber bully / criminal

Now this criminal Marc Bissonnette has taken to stealing content from
this website and putting it on his own site and trying to call it libel
There is no libel on my site what so ever this individual just doesn't like
the fact that I am documenting his abuse towards me and I will continue to
do so.

aioe.org is an open news server that requires no kind of authentication
to be able to post. So net-abusers like this quite commonly abuse these open
news servers to be able to harass and threaten other people.

This information came from a former web hosting company that released what information with
out my permission. lucky the information isn't correct. The web hosting provider
released the information to some one else who then posted it to the usenet newsgroups.
I am still looking into possible legal actions against the web hosting company
that did this.
He also forged this post using one of my email addresses as well so I have removed
it.
This individual has also posted my IP address encouraging people to DDOS my computer
as well. And to try and break into the panel to control my website.
That is how far these criminals will go to try and shut down my site and harass me.

Here is another one posting my personal information on the Usenet newsgroups
glorb.com is actually run by an individual who runs 2 hate sites about me as well
The owner of glorb.com is Geoff Brozny who is one of the people causing these
problems for me. He allows this harassment to continue though his news servers
and refuses to do anything to stop it.
So now this individual has setup a website to harass me Also on this site they
use a picture of me which was actually stolen when my computer was broken into
So they are also guilty of being in possession of stolen property.
He has also setup a website which has 5000 different email addresses for my domain
What he is doing here is getting email addresses from my domain spammed in order to render
all mailboxes on my domain useless because they would get spammed so heavily.
Also this individual continues to slander my name saying I was facing criminal charges
With some false made up documents by one of the individuals on this group.
This is just another way they are cyber bullying me.
He also lists the address, phone number and all my personal information again
in this post violating my right to privacy

I have just been on a trip to Toronto to confer with several law-enforcement officers regarding some cyber-terrorism issues as a security consultant. I also took advantage of the opportunity to talk to some officers of Division 32 of the Toronto Police Department regarding the Jamie Baillie case. It turns out that as much as three detective were involved at a time or other on his case. Amongst other things, I have learned that Jamie Baillie is currently under therapy, as he is suffering from a multiple personality disorder, as well as cyclothimic depression (I am not well versed in psychiatry, nor I did take notes so it might not be the exact term). He is being followed by department of correction medical officers as a condition for his parole, which also includes following an anger-management therapy, as well as community service, the nature of which I have not been informed. Jamie Baillie did plead guilty to computer trespassing following a lengthy episode of computer hijacking where he had been sending unsolicited e-mails. Given his poor mental health record, and several errors on the part of the Toronto police department which rendered unusable a large part of the evidence collected, he was able to escape jail time and was ordered committed to a suitable psychiatric institution, for several months after which he was released under the conditions listed above. Unfortunately, his release conditions did not include the interdiction of using a computer nor accessing the Internet, but, however, following several complaints from various American police departments, he has been formally warned never to interfere with their operations (the Toronto police was not able to convince the crown attorney to include in the parole conditions to stop harassing police officers). One officer briefly showed the file he has on Jamie Baillie. Most of it consists of extremely long rants regarding the illegality of several websites devoted to his person, rants which include repetitious network specification technical listings of totally no interest to law-enforcement. This alone marked Jamie Baillie as somebody not entirely in possession of his mental faculties. Forensic psychiatrists seemingly were anxious to have him brought under competent medical care, but it was difficult without sufficient evidence of criminal wrongdoing. Fortunately, by chance, another officer not connected with the case but having heard of the case was in court during the preliminary hearings, and was able to convey to the Crown some information from those forensic psychiatrists.

Since this stalker can't find me now he has put out a reward

Burnore is a very well known stalker and troll on the Usenet newsgroups
There is no legal actions that he would need this information for
because I have not broken any laws.
The only reason why he wants this information is to further harass and stalk me.

This user also was distributing a script which would be used to
post thousands and thousands of my email addresses for my domain
darkshado.ca so that they will get harvested and then my mailbox
would be spammed to death. His intentions was pretty much was to render
my mailboxes useless on my domain. This could easily be considered a
denial of service attack.
He actually stole the script from another person and slightly modified for
my domain.
Because of this his website was shut down on May 27 2010 after a complaint was made
to his hosting company http://www.freebeehosting.com/

I have also munged the email addresses bellow so that they will not be
harvested to prevent any further abuse by this criminal.

He is quite a mentally unstable individual who has been harassing me
and stalking me for some time now.
He was posting this garbage from the IP address of 60.234.197.110
which belongs to an Internet Service Provider (ISP) called Orcon based in
New Zealand.
Now I have munged the ISPs email address in the headers to prevent it from
being harvested.
The reason why I am posting all this is to show how obsessive this guy really is
He continues to stalk me and harass his former ISP.
He has a new ISP now and continues to harass me and stalk me constantly
He is obsessive and definitely has all the traits of a stalker.

So Under Section 4 of Orcon's Acceptable Use Policies it clearly states:
"Engaging in harassment, whether through language, frequency, or size of messages."
And under section 7 of Orcon's General Terms and Conditions it clearly state:
"not use our services in any way which may be offensive or a nuisance to someone else"
So peter violated Section of of his acceptable use policy and General Terms and Conditions
Peter got tossed off of Orcon.
After that apparently there was threats made towards Audrey Watts
who was handling this case this poor woman now started getting these anonymous
threats coming into her.
Peter Bennett spammed this poor woman's email address to the Usenet
Newsgroups and then she started getting threats. What a real creep Peter Bennett
is for doing that.
One such email made to this poor woman stated the following
"I’d like to slap that bitch into a Turkish prison for the rest of her life.
I have her direct phone number too if anyone thinks they can catch her or get the
phone cancelled."
Given the responses, Orcon removed Ms Watts’ photograph and contact details from its website,
due presumably to safety concerns. Orcon also advised that Ms Watts was upset regarding the
responses received.
This poor woman is just trying to do her job and now she has to put up with threats like this

former ISP even though they had grounds to terminate him for his abuse

The Issue:
Customer dissatisfaction with process of Orcon’s withdrawal or termination of his
internet services.
Customer: Customer describes himself as an anti spam activist who espouses ethical and appropriate use
of the internet and Usernet groups. He complained about the way he was treated by Orcon in an
interpersonal dispute between himself and another Orcon customer who he believed to be a
Mr. J. Baillie. Both parties had complained to Orcon about each other. The customer considered that
Orcon as his ISP took the other party’s word as the truth and did not believe the customer’s version
of events, i.e. that it was the other party who was the irresponsible Usernet Newsgroup user.
The customer sought:
A return of internet services. Compensation for business losses.
The Facilitator explained at Level 2 that under clause 33.8 of the Customer Complaints Code TDR
cannot consider claims based on: loss of profits or indirect loss, claims for pain and suffering,
loss of business reputation, or inconvenience and mental distress or the costs of taking a complaint
through the TDRS process.
Company:
Orcon considered the complaint vexatious and largely about a person (Ms A Watts) rather than an ISP.
It was unsure of TDR jurisdiction to hear or decide the claim.
Orcon was aware of an ongoing dispute between Mr Bennett and the other party, with both parties having
laid many complaints against each other with Orcon over time. Orcon was formerly unwilling to become
involved in what it considered a private dispute.
In February 2009 Orcon received a complaint about Mr Bennett’s language on the blog site both parties used.
Having investigated the complaint Orcon’s view was that the spamming complaint was unsubstantiated but that
Mr Bennett’s use of language was inappropriate and may have been a breach of Orcon’s Terms and Conditions,
7.1: not to use Orcon’s services in any way which may be offensive or a nuisance to someone else.
Mr Bennett was cautioned at that stage about his language and agreed to be careful with language use in future.
The complainant’s name was, for privacy reasons, not supplied to him despite his request to be informed of it.
In March 2009 Orcon received another complaint on the same grounds as that made in February 2009, citing another
incident on the same blog site with what appeared to be another breach of section 7.1 of Orcon’s Terms and Conditions.
Orcon spoke to Mr Bennett again and asked him to stop using offensive language.
Following an agreement (to stop using offensive language) Mr Bennett went online and invited others to spam an
Orcon staff member. At that time disconnection had not been indicated to him. As a result Ms Watts received
number of spam emails which prevented her from performing her work duties.
In addition, Mr Bennett’s request/invitation resulted in a number of negative online postings about
Ms Watts, some of which were threatening and abusive. As a result of these, Orcon had to remove her
photograph and contact details from its website. Ms Watts was still obliged to deal with Mr Bennett
professionally at this time, but his actions made this difficult for her.
Orcon then took legal advice, which was that it was entitled, under the Terms & Conditions of its contract
with Mr Bennett, to suspend or terminate his service without notice.
Orcon considered civil legal action and criminal charges at this point, but did not pursue these.
It did disconnect Mr Bennett’s internet services under clause 7.2 of the contract.
Mr Bennett, in Orcon’s view, has confused the reason for termination, believing it is for the use of
language online, whereas it was for “publishing the staff member’s contact details and inviting the public
to spam her and for blatant disregard of the terms and conditions of the contract between the parties, in that
despite two warnings he continued to use language and actions that Orcon considered to be
“inappropriate, abusive, or illegal”. Orcon felt the complaint should not be upheld.
Summary of discussions During discussions with the parties they repeated their previous statements (above)
and Mr Bennett provided feedback to his blog site, to show most postings were positive. He requested Orcon
prove that he invited the public to email Ms Watts, claimed that she did not accurately recall his comments
in terms of inviting comments and harassment. He suggested that Ms Watts had acted unprofessionally and
irrationally, and that Orcon had fabricated evidence to bolster its complaint against him.
Orcon maintained that it took a complaint that a customer (Mr Bennett) had misused its services seriously,
and found after two warnings that it was justified in terminating its provision of services to him. Orcon
clarified that it was Mr Bennett’s action of encouraging other people to post blogs or email Ms Watts to
protest about its bringing the terms of contract to Mr Bennett’s attention that was the claimed breach.
He did this without notifying Ms Watts first, or obtaining her consent, which in Orcon’s view breached
the contract. It was not his choice of language on the blog site or to the other party which was the breach.
Result of settlement discussions: The parties were unable to agree that Mr Bennett obtain his internet services
from another provider. Accordingly, the matter was not resolved at conciliation, and the Customer sought a
Conciliator’s Settlement Recommendation.
Conciliator’s Assessment of Dispute:
The following issues are relevant:-
1. This dispute concerns the legal interpretation of contract Terms and Conditions between the parties, and
whether the Customer breached them (7.1, 7.2) leading to a legitimate termination under them or not
* 7.1 The Customer is obliged “not to use [Orcon’s] services in any way which may be offensive or a
nuisance to someone else”;
* 7.2 “Using [Orcon’s] services in ways that [Orcon] deems inappropriate, abusive, illegal, or
similar is strictly prohibited. If you use the services in such a way then we may suspend
or terminate your service without notice….’
2. It also concerns the ethical, contractual and appropriate use of the internet service provided to
allow customers to access Internet Usernet Newsgroups and to write what might seem to be private blogs,
and the extent to which the ISP can intervene when asked to regulate aspects of customers’ use of the
internet which affect the ISP’s business operation.
3. What is not at issue is:
(a) the truthfulness or good character of the parties; or
(b) either party’s popularity or approval ratings.
4. Once a contracting party considers there has been a breach of its terms, under a reasonable
interpretation of disputes processes, it is seen as fair that it give the customer notice of
any claimed breach. It might also be fair and reasonable to provide the party thought to be
in breach with the opportunity to modify their actions to remedy any breach before sanctions or
penalties are applied.
5. A reasonable third party observer would be likely to find here that Orcon acted fairly by warning
Mr Bennett twice that it considered him to be in breach of his contract and how this could be
remedied or avoided in future.
6. After receiving these warnings, had Mr Bennett continued to act carefully by either seeking Ms Watts’
consent to the publication of her details on the relevant internet site, or by not inviting
supportive email comment from the public, his service might not have been terminated.
7. Mr Bennett could be seen as choosing by his actions to further breach terms 7.1 or 7.2 of his
agreement with Orcon. While he disputed that his actions amounted to breaches of contract, he
was by then aware that Orcon considered some of his language inappropriate and had caused offence
to others or another, which is important in light of the wording of the clauses. It seems that
it is what Orcon subjectively considered a breach which would be determinative, under the contractual
clauses.
8. While I found both parties to be polite and in good faith, and that neither necessarily acted with
malicious intent, Mr Bennett, on the evidence, did choose to enlist support for what could be seen
as (and in fact was seen as) a personal attack on an Orcon staff member. By this action he arguably
enabled Orcon to legitimately terminate his services by finding his actions in breach of clause 7.
9. Mr Bennett denied doing this, but the result of his blog, however well intentioned, was that a number
of unfavourable comments or spam emails were sent to Ms Watts, some of which were found by her and
Orcon’s legal advisers to be abusive and possibly threatening and therefore illegal. There is a clear
difference between the parties’ perceptions on this issue.
10. Throughout the complaint there has been no indication from Mr Bennett on record that he appreciated
that Ms Watts’ reaction to the comments his blog generated about or to her was likely to have been
genuine and understandable, and that Orcon’s actions may have been reasonable to protect a staff member.
For the above reasons I would not consider it appropriate to suggest that the parties re-enter a contractual
relationship, especially as they do not agree on the interpretation of their contractual terms. Such lack of
agreement on the terms under which they do business may lead to further similar disputes, complaints or situations.
Sanctity of contract principles on which New Zealand common law is based would tend to allow parties to avoid being compelled
to contract where there is an alternative.
Settlement Recommendation:
I recommend that the parties accept the following suggestion for resolution of this dispute:
1. Orcon will credit Mr Bennett’s account for an equivalent amount or internet access for an equivalent
time as that he would have been charged for had the company not terminated his account.
2. Orcon will donate $100.00 to the Auckland Very High Frequency Group Inc.
3. Mr Bennett will obtain another internet service provider in recognition that the relationship
between the parties has broken down.

Chief Executive at Kordia, Kordia is the parent company to Orcon.
Like a Chief Executive doesn't have anything better to do than to deal with a guy like this

This is how far these criminals will go to try and get this site which documents their

I am writing to ask that you consider cancelling and/or suspending the
Domain Name Registration for darkshado.ca under §13.2 of the CIRA
General Registration Rules, Version 3.13 at
<http://www.cira.ca/assets/Documents/
Legal/Registrants/registrationrules.pdf>.
The domain name in question appears to be owned and operated by one
JamieBaillie, an established spammer and net abuser, and is being used
directly and indirectly in furtherance of many activities proscribed by
§13.2 of the Rules. To wit:
a) The domain name is being used directly in contravention of §18.2.b of
the Rules ("Spam"). The website www.darkshado.ca and/or its IP is
listed, or has recently been listed, on at least six different spam
blacklists:
1) Spamhaus SBL (IP addresses from which Spamhaus does not recommend
the acceptance of e-mail) -- one recent inactive listing (SBL88696) for
his previous IP range 64.231.91.217/32, and four other listings
(SBL15163, SBL8415, SBL8414, SBL8349) going back to 2003
2) UCEProtect Level 1 (IPs used by spammers/abusers) -- one listing
for his current IP 89.248.174.18, and seven listings for previous IPs
3) APEWS (IPs used by known spammers and spam support operations) --
seventeen current listings
4) The Abusive Hosts Blocking List's RHSbl (domain names that spammers
own and use) -- one current listing for darkshado.ca
5) The Abusive Hosts Blocking List's DNSbl (IP addresses used by
spammers) -- one current listing for 89.248.174.18
6) The Abusive Hosts Blocking List's SOS list (named individual
spammers threatening lawsuits, threatening or inciting violence, etc.)

These listings can be independently verified via the respective
blacklists' web pages or by contacting them directly,
b) The domain name is being used directly or indirectly in contravention
of §18.2.i ("Illegal Access to Other Computers or Networks"). Some of
the blacklist records noted above -- most notably the UCEProtect and
some of the APEWS listings -- are partly for attempted system
penetration. In addition, many users of a Usenet newsgroup frequented
by Mr. Baillie, news.admin.net-abuse.email, have reported being
port-scanned from IP addresses known to be controlled by Mr. Baillie.
c) The domain name is being used directly in contravention of §18.2.a
("Illegal or fraudulent actions"). For several months now the host name
www.darkshado.ca has pointed to a website containing apparently libelous
and defamatory material about specific named individuals -- see for
example <http://www.darkshado.ca/index.php?title=Harassment>. Mr.
Baillie falsely accuses these individuals of being criminals, spammers,
pædophiles, etc., and hosts or posts links to what I understand to be
forged court documents implicating them in various crimes. I understand
that at least two of the individuals named on this page have been
attempting to serve Mr. Baillie with legal papers in attempt to have the
material removed, but they have been unable to determine his postal address.
d) The domain name is being used directly in contravention of §18.2.f
("Fast flux hosting"). Mr. Baillie changes the web host for
www.darkshado.ca extremely frequently, either to avoid detection and
mitigation of his abusive activities, or because his web hosts discover
said activities and terminate his account. Since May 2010 the domain
has been hosted by Datona.com, Netelligent, NetDirekt, and HostBig.net.
The first three of these hosts terminated hosting of www.darkshado.ca
because it was being used for illegal and/or abusive activity. See for

I would be pleased to provide further information on and evidence
supporting any of the above points. There also exist a number of
websites which help track Mr. Baillie's spamming and net abuse; one of
